Beachwood: overturned MVA at Elm and Beachwood Blvd.

Beachwood: An earlier MVA at the intersection of Elm and Beachwood Boulevard sent at least one individual to a hospital. The woman at the scene was heard saying she went through a stop sign and hit a vehicle and that vehicle overturned. She was shaken up but otherwise ok. Traffic was detoured while the scene was cleaned up.
