Barnegat: In what are difficult times for many agencies across the country, the Barnegat Police Department has seen an unprecedented outpouring of support from our community. Today, members of the Horizons at Barnegat community presented the BTPD with “Thank you” bags for each member of the agency.

“Some people will describe modern policing as a thankless job, but that’s never the case in Barnegat– because we can’t go a day here without members of this great community saying thank you and showing their support for the outstanding job the women and men of this agency do every day,” said Chief Keith Germain.
