(PHOTOS) Power outages have been reported from Vaughn Avenue to Fischer Boulevard, spanning Toms River and Island Heights. Crews are on scene at Coolidge Avenue and Route 37. The cause of the outage is under investigation, but the JCP&L website states restoration is expected by 5:30 AM.
