Brick: Police have blocked off a car on route 70 & 88 and surrounded it with guns drawn. An undercover cop got out of his car and radioed to officers it was the car in front of him. Police then surrounded the car at gun point. One man was dragged out of the car and arrested. It is unknown what the arrest is for. This is an active police scene. Avoid the area.
