Lakewood: Police and Fire are on scene at 700 Airport Road for a pole down and wires across a vehicle in a parking lot. JCPL and DEP have been both been called. There are three transformer wires down on the vehicle and the transformer wires are leaking oil that has gone into a storm drain.
