LACEY: Police are searching the 400 Block of Jay Street for a noise complaint. Neighbors report the residents from the other night are back at it making noise with the megaphone again. These criminals are allegedly screaming into a megaphone outside their house. OCSN published a similar call previously this week; it is assumed to be the same suspect(s) wild on that megaphone. Last time dispatch noted the loud mouths were intoxicated; unknown sobriety status tonight.
