LACEY: A rideshare driver has dialed 911 to report about a passenger they just dropped off. This occurred recently on the 1000 Block of Bowsprit Point. The driver believes the passenger was involved in a CDS transaction. No further details were given to supplement the driver’s suspicion, and the line has since disconnected.
