Beachwood: Police are on scene at a residence on the 0 Block Of Elm. They were called to break up a large house party, and it doesn’t sound like the party was over. Neighbors reported the nuisance gathering, complete with screaming and yelling from the party-goers. Also the complaints state some attendees were standing on neighbors yards and they wouldn’t leave. As the cops are there investigating currently, dispatch advised they got another complaint!
