Toms River: The Toms River Police Department, in conjunction with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, is investigating reports of shots fired overnight in the Silverton section of town. There were no reported injuries. This is an active investigation and we will release further details as they become available.

Good call……..that is the likely answer, but never know.
This happened right outside my house on kettle creek. It was definitely gunshots. My neighbor has 5 bullet holes on there house.
