Toms River: NJ 37 EB between NJ 166 & Hooper- AVOID! Currently motorists can expect a high traffic volume on this stretch of highway. Traffic is backed up EB from Hooper almost to 166. To make things even worse, there are two minor MVA’s in the left lane stuck in traffic.
Just take an alternate route and don’t give yourself anxiety.
