Barnegat: RP says a Silver Toyota Sedan is possibly 450, or DWI. The vehicle is swerving and unable to maintain a lane. RP is behind the vehicle, and the last location was W. Bay in front of PD HQ. It is believed the actor vehicle made a right onto Barnegat Boulevard at the Rite-Aid.
