Police are reporting to stay away from the beach area due to a IED threat, badge checkers found a note that an explosive device is in the sand, but did not say where.
Police have called for the bomb squad and K9
Police are also recording all the plate numbers of the vehicles leaving the beach area

Half agree. Half disagree. We are actually warned for every single event that occurs. Most of us r too ignorant to see it or hear it or read it or smell it or taste it. From bombings to shootings to suicide to burns to everything in life in general- they(all who do it) not only warn us but most of the time, they scream it out. I was thinking ur way too though like ahhhh I got the beach all to myself. Sadly the world has gone mad- it’s a sick sick place My question would be how in today’s day and age do people get away w not being seen leaving such a note. Eyes r everywhere.

For those of you who “think” terrorists don’t want to warn us, please remember that they are sick and their goal is to create terror. You can cause more people emotional harm by threats and fear than you can with some bombs. And sometimes their goal is to harm those who protect us to instill even more fear that we can’t be protected. Would you rather risk your kids lives or change your plans?
Besides it’s already storming at the shore and the beaches would be closed soon anyway, so they only evacuated a little earlier and didn’t miss much.

Its gotta some teens or young college students being idiots just wanting see people scared. Whixh is sickening..im Hoping its that. Most likely it is. Wasting police time on that where they can possibly miss being at a real emergency. Sad n sickening. Hopefully they test that note n get some fingerprints & DNA off it n go from there. Even the person who claimed to have found n grabbed the note should be questioned n investigated cus saying they found it can be used as the excuse to why prints are on it… Question n investigate everyone whose prints/DNA is going on that note. Lets watch them be scared now.
