BARNEGAT: RP called the cops previously tonight indicating her neighbors were banging on her wall very loudly. All I caught was the 100 Block of an unknown address in town. It must be an apartment or condo if she’s hearing it that loudly.

Anyway, she just called again after the cops came the first time. Dispatch advised the officer that the RP called 911 for this.
