BRICK – Proposed zoning changes in the township’s Master Plan would result in fewer multi-family apartment complexes in town and create a new Village Zone along three county roads where there is currently a mix of residential and businesses.

This area is the last undeveloped Mixed Overlay Zone, located at the intersection of Burrsville Road/Route 88/Jack Martin Boulevard. Kamson Corp. was interested in developing “Bay Point Village” on the 9.3 acre site, that would include 48,000 of retail space and 92 apartments.
