Barnegat: Police HQ- Mother/daughter dispute over a cellular telephone in the lobby. They were arguing with the dispatcher, but it appears they have walked out of the lobby. Sounds like they were there to make a complaint or solve a civil issue, and it took a turn for the worse. PD on scene as they were in the parking lot.
