Toms River: Many of you have sent us in the nasty images circulating the internet about the new Popeyes restaurant in town. They appear to be taken by an employee who is a whistleblower. We will wait to get answers from management, corporate, OC Health Department, and the former employee who owns these photographs before we write a full story.

I love Popeyes an I did buy from there about a month or so ago I wasn’t pleased with my food.. chicken was too hard… biscuits were dry n not like the ones I have in the past.. NOW SEEING THIS I WILL NEVER WASTE MONEY THERE AGAIN… once was enough for me…
I was going to go there now I’m not they don’t know how to run a place Popeye’s Chicken is not good anymore
Was looking forward to trying to Popeye’s but now there is no way on God’s green earth that I will ever step foot in one of these places thank you to whoever blew the whistle

excuse me, these pictures were PROB taken when the joint first opened and it was an hour wait for food. please dont act like this is untypical for any fast food restaurant, i have been to this location about 3-4 times and the service has gotten better, they were not equipped to handle the amount of people the first week it opened. wise up people the food is fine
