This is horrible. I opened my door for two minutes to let my dogs out and the smell came right into my house. Prayers for all of the fire fighters involved.

Was this a result of controlled burning
Judy Heinrichs
We haven’t heard either way.
Judy Heinrichs I read that officials say this was not a result of a controlled burn. It was too windy for burns.

My question is : what kind of chemical they used to start the underbruch fire and is it a health hazard ?
I’m pretty sure I speak for most when I say that question has zero relevance at this time. Saving people, animals, houses is priority. Getting the firefighters home safely to their families and having this fire 100% contained – all way more important than a chemical that may or may not have been used. There are bigger health hazards at this point. Smh?♀️
