They come once or twice a year. They write out about 100 tickets in a few days and leave. I’ve seen state police yelling that the shoulder isn’t a lane. I’ve seen then actually standing on a corner shaking their heads on disbelief of the lack of respect the drivers on Lakewood have for the law.
