The former president of the Pine Beach Elementary Parent Teacher Organization has been charged with the theft of over $14,000 in PTO funds, announced Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
On March 5, 48-year old Jennifer Maguire of Beachwood was arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Theft by Unlawful Taking. Maguire served as Pine Beach PTO president until May 2018.
