WAYNE — Three people were killed in a violent multi-car crash that sent debris flying toward a car dealership on Route 23 on Tuesday morning, officials said.

A driver allegedly on drugs hit a guardrail and plowed into a Delta Gas Station, killing a father, his 17-year-old son and a gas station attendant, law enforcement sources told NBC New York.

The driver survived and was given naloxone, a drug that reverses the effects of opiate overdoses and is commonly known by its brand name Narcan, at the scene, according to NBC New York.

The attendant, father and son were pronounced dead at the scene, said Julie Serfess, assistant prosecutor with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
