Toms River: Around 09:52 this morning TRPD is reporting a robbery near the 7-Eleven at the corner of Washington Street and Whittier Avenue. Suspect is a black male with dreadlocks who made off with $500 in proceeds and fled in a Volkswagen Jetta with tinted windows. Unknown at this time if the store was robbed, or a patron outside.
