The Ocean County Medical Examiner determined that a 40-year-old’s overdose death back on April 15, 2018 death was due to heroin. Investigators say the drugs were sold to him by Brown and Parrish.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office worked in conjunction with the Ship Bottom Police Department. Both suspects remain lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

James Walsh they only started charging dealers for murder in the past few years after the death toll went up. Previously he was probably only convicted for selling.
