Seaside Heights: 300 Block of DuPont- Unwanted Teenagers. RP says there is a group of teens walking in and out of his garage, and it should be closed. RP is out of town, but the tip was called in by a neighbor. The individuals should only have access to upstairs apartment; garage is off limits!
