   I know how they feel. I have a neighbor who has a turbo and revs it at 4 in the morning when he’s warming it up to leave for work. And then the wife honks the horn at the kids at 7 in the morning to get them out the door for school. A little common sense and consideration of those around you is all it takes to be a good neighbor
