   They should be charged everytime narcan is used on them. If you don’t have the money to pay for it then you will have mandatory community service or you go to jail.

     Joe Eman Yes! They should be doing mandatory rehab and community service and have to pay. Would love to know what Ocean County’s Narcan budget is and how many have been “saved” multiple times.
