LANOKA HARBOR – A Forked River man was arrested on drug charges Nov. 12 in the Walmart parking lot.
Around 4 a.m., Lacey Township Police Officer Jesse Dalziel noticed a “suspicious vehicle.” He investigated and arrested William D. Perkins, 56, for possession of heroin.
Perkins was processed after receiving summonses for possession of heroin and possession of a syringe. He was released without incident.
