BARNEGAT: Police are responding to the area of the Barnegat Branch Rail Trail in town for a suspicious package. Caller reports they found a suspicious box with a random cellular phone sitting on top of it. The suspicious package was found on the rail trail near the baseball fields. Unknown contents of the package at press time; police are arriving now.
