The Garden State Parkway southbound local lanes in the Sayreville/Laurence Harbor area is a traffic nightmare. An 18 wheeler truck crashed into a concrete stanchion. The cab of the truck suffered severe damage and caught fire. We do not have any information on the driver’s condition. We will update you should additional information become available.
