Many residents in Seaside have been dealing with an overnight power outage along with intermittent power outages throughout the day which may continue into the night again while repairs are made at the sub station and transformer. Based on information supplied by Seaside police a raccoon attempting to burrow at the sub station last night is responsible for the damage and early morning electrical fire.
