Jose Manalo age 88. Jose is 5’6, 140lb. Jose is an Asian / Filipino male with cognitive impairment.

Jose left his residence on 11/17/22 between 0830 and 1330. Jose may be driving a navy blue 1989 Cadillac Brougham. Subject is known to frequent businesses in the Bayshore area.
