Emergency personnel are at the scene of a one car accident on Lacey Road near Popcorn Park. The driver overturned and struck a pole causing the pole to snap in half. Police department reports that wires are down and hanging. Lacey requested Manchester Police to close Lacey Road at Schoolhouse Rd.
