Emergency personnel were on the scene of a bicyclist who was struck by a car causing her to be thrown into the air before hitting the blacktop at the intersection of Bay and Hamilton. A landing zone was established at J Street Marina and the victim was transported to the hospital by medevac. No additional information is available at this time.
