A citizen notified Lacey Police of a male in a vehicle possibly huffing a can of compressed gas duster. When police arrived to investigate they found Walter Paseler, Jr, 53 of Waretown sleeping in the drivers seat of a vehicle and possibly huffing a can of compressed gas duster. Walter was awoken by Police Officers and found to be holding a can of compressed duster gas in his hand. Walter was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters and charged with inhaling toxic chemical on a complaint summons and released.
