Units were originally paged to Kinney Road at Thompson Grove Road in Manalapan for a report of an overturn vehicle, but first units to the scene quickly corrected the vehicle was not over-turned, that everyone was out of the vehicle, and noted there was a wire down under the tire, so to start JCP&L on their way,
