We are pleased to announce the Ocean County Scanner News live feeds will be returning to the internet in January as part of our snails-pace rollout of OCSN 3.0. Currently other scanner feeds can be found on the internet and on smartphone apps, but none are as comprehensive as ours were. OCSN featured multiple dedicated feeds for just police (non-encrypted obviously), fire, and EMS- along with one for NJ State Police, another for Seaside Heights/Park, and a comprehensive feed that covers everything monitorable within the county. Most apps lump all agencies together, or offer just one town- and don’t display which agency is speaking/ or using the channel.

Due to a lack of staff & funding- our live feeds went dark over the summer. We are trying to get most OCSN feeds back online for early January; with the extensive rebuilding of the systems coming during Winter 2022. Initially we hope to get the feeds back up in their previous state; which do not offer the best quality- but just to get back on the air. Once we have an update on when everyone can tune in again, we will enthusiastically announce it!

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to overwhelmingly excessive encryption out of Monmouth County, OCSN will only be able to provide a generic Fire & EMS scanner feed hopefully by Summer 2022.
