LAKEWOOD: A caller reports a male is attempting to start a fire inside a dumpster- behind the apartment complex. Somewhere behind an apartment building on the 200 Block of Martin Luther King is a suspect lighting a fire in the dumpster. The Lakewood Fire Department is on scene and reports the dumpster fire has been extinguished.
