LAKEWOOD: Fire officials are on scene investigating multiple large brush fires near the GSP ramps. At least three separate fires, with possibly a fourth have been spotted- and are said to be significant in size. The brush fires are reported to be near the NJ 70 @ Garden State Parkway Interchange. Another brush fire is close to the Co-Generation Plant; and another near Airport Road. Multiple apparatus from the Lakewood Fire Department are on scene battling the brush fires.

Ocean County Duty Fire Marshall & NJ Forest Fire Service have been notified and are responding to the scene.
