LITTLE EGG HARBOR: On Friday, November 19, 2021 at approximately 1440 hours, officers with the Little Egg Harbor Street Crimes Unit established surveillance of an abandoned residence located in the 100 block of National Union Boulevard based upon citizen complaints of individuals frequenting the location, using drugs at the location, distributing drugs from the location, and other quality of life concerns for the community. Shortly thereafter, an individual was observed leaving the residence and was stopped by officers. A search of the person resulted in the seizure of a hypodermic syringe and a glass smoking pipe. Robert W Guiendon (33) of Little Egg Harbor was arrested and transported to the Little Egg Harbor Police Department where he was issued a summons charging him with Trespassing, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and then released pending future court proceedings. Other individuals were observed at or near the residence and were confronted and issued verbal and written warnings.

The public and media are reminded that all defendants are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
