LACEY: Police are out near the North side of Walmart with a disturbance. A skinny white female wearing jeans and a red top is outside near the northern part of the parking lot- screaming. Dispatch did not advise on what the suspect was screaming- nor to at whom. She is presumed to likely be on drugs. A Walmart employee will also be outside to assist police.

Update: Police have located the suspect, and are requesting EMS- apparently intoxicated.
