Yesterday, State Trooper Matthew Cocking, his K9 partner Creed, and members of the New Jersey State Police Canine Unit presented the staff of Mount Laurel Animal Hospital with a plaque to thank them for their life-saving efforts in treating Creed for injuries he sustained while in the line of duty.

On Monday, August 16, Creed was stabbed by a knife-wielding suspect on the New Jersey Turnpike in Mount Laurel.

Thanks to the phenomenal efforts of the hospital staff, K9 Creed made a full recovery and is back on duty doing what he loves, protecting and serving the citizens of this state.
