A crash was reported on Bay Avenue at the mall entrance at approximately 10:30 PM. It appears a wrong way driver took out a light stanchion and came to rest on the grass, facing opposing traffic. Our reporter on scene witnessed a sobriety test being administered and the driver being handcuffed. Cops scoured the scene and debris before EMS were turned away and a tow truck arrived.
