OCSN is getting numerous reports of drag races happening on Parkway North. Cars are currently staging at the Monmouth Rest Area. Reports state that Vehicles are traveling over 120moh. Police were repeatedly at the Rest stop earlier barricading cars. We cannot confirm if that’s accurate at this time.
