Toms River: Toms River Police, and protesters are out front of Four Paws Hotel, and Daycare on Hooper Ave. Protesters are demanding the flogging daycare be investigated and shut down in lieu of numerous complaints of their dogs being neglected, and falling ill after being at the Four Paws.
