TOMS RIVER: TRPD has issued a stop & hold for a white van traveling south on US 9. Complete details are scant as TRPD uses encryption; but they are asking neighboring authorities to BOLO for this vehicle. Authorities are attempting to locate a plan white van (no tag given) with a Hispanic male wearing a red shirt driving. The white van was last seen leaving the area of Sunrise Detox, and heading southbound on US 9. OCSN does not know why this white van is a suspect; we will update if more details become available.
