TOMS RIVER: TRFD & EMS are responding to a report of Jet-skiers in distress, near the Mathis/Tunney Bridge. A jet ski is overturned, with two parties in the water. Authorities will begin their rescue once command is established. The two parties are reported to be on the Tunney side near Pier One Marina.
