Toms River/Manchester- Manchester and Toms River police need help identifying a suspect accused of a road rage incident that occurred on the Garden State Parkway near the Toms River exit ramp (Exit 82A).

During the incident, which took place on July 8, 2021 at approximately 8:15 AM, an unknown motorcyclist abruptly stopped in front of the victim’s vehicle and got off of his motor cycle (a blue and white Yamaha sports bike) and approached the victim. At this time, the unknown motorcyclist used his fists to strike the hood and windshield of the vehicle, causing significant damage. The unknown motorcyclist then got back onto his motorcycle and fled the area.

The motorcyclist was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6’00’’, wearing a black helmet, black hoodie with gold lettering on the back, black gloves, black shirts, and white sneakers.
