TOMS RIVER: Police, fire, and EMS officials are out at the Thomas Mathis Bridge (NJ 37 EB) investigating a party in the water. Police report they possibly see a person in the Barnegat Bay- about halfway across the Mathis on the south side. Multiple apparatus from various TR Fire Departments are on scene setting up a command post. They will be working off the marina behind Aqua Blu Restaurant to rescue the unidentified victim- or investigate the report.
