TOMS RIVER: Earlier this morning a man driving on Washington Street encountered a crazy scenario. There was a man pooping on the sidewalk of Capones Pizza! The man proceeded to poop on the sidewalk and not wipe or clean up after himself . The owner of Capones pizza came out and made the man clean up his poop that he left. It is unknown if Toms River Police are involved. Attached is a video of the poopy incident. Any additional information we will update accordingly.
