TOMS RIVER: In a seemingly daily occurrence of Alarm Roulette- Community Medical Center is currently experiencing a waterflow fire alarm at the hospital. Multiple units from Toms River Fire are on scene investigating the situation. Dispatch notes initial calls to the ER yielded no knowledge of said alarms, but construction is ongoing at the facility. Upon arrival, it was discovered a pipe or sprinkler was damaged by construction activity, and water flow is apparent. Dispatch further advises the alarm is inside the first floor stairwell 13, where workers struck a head/pipe- and the stairwell is filling with water. Fire & construction officials are out with CMC Security to assess the situation.
