BARNEGAT: Police are responding to a residence on the 0 Block of Susan for a neighbor dispute. Dispatch advises there are two neighbors outside slapping each other in the face. Unknown on injuries; and one party may have been drinking. Dispatch also advises the two parties are separated at this time.
